The Ensemble Polyphonia de Québec is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a performance of Brahms’s Requiem for two pianos and timpani.
Under the direction of Louise-Marie Pelletier, the choir will be accompanied by soloists Jessica Latouche (soprano) and Robert Huard (bass). The pianists are Dominique Gagnon and Marc Joyal. Carmen Alfaro Mendez will perform on the timpani.
The Ensemble will also present other notable works, chosen by the choir members, that have been performed during concerts over the past 25 years.
