Embroidered Self-Portrait - Repair, Transform, Embellish
A participatory workshop offered as part of Catherine Boivin’s exhibition *E SAKIHIWET*.
About:
Explore the body as a space of memory, care, and transformation through the act of embroidery. Echoing Catherine Boivin’s work, participants are invited to work on an image of their choice to shift perspectives, question beauty standards, and perform a symbolic act of repair. The workshop will be led by Débora Flor and lasts 2 hours.
Free, materials included, open to all (we invite you to bring your own image if you wish).
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
