Les Vitrines brings together Montreal’s culinary scene and produce grown right in the city.
On September 11 and 12, 17 participating restaurants will offer an exclusive dish or menu created specifically for Fermes en Ville using ingredients sourced from Montreal’s urban farms.
Mushrooms, vegetables, herbs, microgreens, and other locally grown produce pass through the hands of chefs who reinterpret them in their own unique ways.
It’s an invitation to discover new restaurants, sample the expertise of urban farms, and see Montreal from a decidedly gourmet perspective.
The creations will be served directly at participating restaurants on September 11 and 12.
The Vitrines are presented by La Table Ronde, the Quebec Gastronomy Collective, as part of Fermes en Ville.
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
