On September 9, Fermes en Ville will transform the Esplanade Louvain, in the heart of the Central District, into a spectacular open-air banquet hall for 300 guests.
Presented by Chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard, the multi-course menu will showcase ingredients grown and produced in Montreal, sourced from farms located within 8 km of the event venue.
Mushrooms, vegetables, herbs, honey, Arctic char, and other urban harvests will be reimagined to showcase a Montreal terroir that is as surprising as it is delicious. And Chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard has plenty of other surprises in store for us!
Under the garlands, amidst the gardens of the Esplanade Louvain, take your seat for a fleeting, festive, and warm evening that brings together urban farms, fine dining, and the city.
The banquet is organized by SDC District Central and PME MTL Centre-Ouest as part of the “Fermes en Ville” initiative.
