Attention, attention—the concert by Rizotto, a prisoner-singer held under tight police surveillance, is about to begin. The lights come on stage and… a dramatic twist! Rizotto refuses to come out from backstage! Will the “little cops,” who are patrolling the theater to ensure the audience’s safety, manage to convince Rizotto to take the stage? Certainly not—they get nowhere, except to lose control.A clownish and absurd comedy: A clown duo from Quebec City that weaves together musical improvisations and acrobatic mishaps, the “p’tites polisses”—more endearing than competent—will attempt to maintain peace and order. Through this mission, will the “p’tites polisses” become “artisses”? In any case, they’re on duty!
