On July 11 or 18, 2026, the team at the Moulin des Jésuites invites you to its “Apprentice Miller Day.” Visit the mill to learn how to make bread and bake it in the outdoor oven. You’ll also get to see how a traditional flour mill works and churn your own butter. Enjoy your bread at the end of the day!
Don’t forget your lunch, sunscreen, and reusable water bottle, because we’ll be having a picnic in the mill’s park.
