About
As part of the exhibition *Temps morts*, VOX invites you to a screening followed by a discussion with artist Valentin Noujaïm and curator Doriane Biot. The discussion will begin with a screening of Noujaïm’s latest short film, *Opera Omnia* (2025).
Building on the themes at the heart of the exhibition, this event invites us to consider the city as a place where memories both disappear and resurface, where multiple temporalities and narrative frameworks overlap. For Noujaïm, melodrama, mythology, and desire are all ways of examining the structural violence that permeates these spaces in crisis. In a world falling apart, what images can convey the destruction at work?
