On August 2, 2026, experience a unique event at the Centre Pierre-Charbonneau as top Canadian athletes (professionals, elite, and university) gather for a special volleyball exhibition match presented as part of the celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games.
Momentum 2026 will feature a spectacular showdown in a format that combines performance, intensity, and a spirit of celebration. The event will also pay tribute to the pioneers of Quebec volleyball, the 1976 Olympians, and all those who have contributed to the sport’s evolution over the decades.
More than just a game, Momentum 2026 will be a grand celebration of the Olympic legacy, the talent of today’s athletes, and the future of volleyball in Canada.
