About
La Pimenterie is celebrating a decade of creativity, boldness, and passion for chili peppers with the first edition of the Petit Carnaval du Grand Piment. On September 19, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., the Montreal-based company will open the doors of its Rosemont factory for a big, free celebration.
Designed as the highlight of its 10th anniversary, the festival will feature guided tours of the factory, music provided by DJs, beer, chili-themed food and drinks, and several surprises.
La Pimenterie will also use the event to unveil a limited-edition anniversary sauce, aged in mezcal barrels, staying true to its philosophy of prioritizing flavor over heat.
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
