Have you always wanted to paint but been hesitant to get started, or would you like to improve your skills? Do you think acrylics dry too quickly and that you can’t make corrections? Think again. You’ll be surprised by the results. During this workshop, you’ll be guided through the creation of an 8-inch by 10-inch canvas that will be complete by the end of the session. In a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll learn to experiment with different materials. You’ll learn plenty of tips, tricks, and techniques so you can personalize your canvas however you like. No prior painting or drawing experience is necessary. All materials are provided. The workshop will be led by Joanne Egglefield, an artist and painting instructor with over 15 years of experience.
IMPORTANT: Please bring an apron to protect your clothes.
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
