You’ll learn how to make fresh stuffed pasta, such as squash ravioli. We’ll cook, taste, and take home dinner. If there’s any left…
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
how to use a manual pasta machine; how to choose the right ingredients;
how to work with fresh pasta dough to make delicious ravioli.
Please bring an apron, a hair tie for long hair, and a container to take the pasta home.
You can purchase a single spot; we can form teams on-site as needed.
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
