Alphonse is a monster, a diva, a babbling baby. Alphonse is a gorilla playing with a branch. Alphonse is the new iPhone, a brain parasite. He was born from a poem by Victor Hugo nestled in his mother’s voice. He was offered money and awards—the Prix Mouffe, the Stingray Rising Star Award, the Sirius XM Award, and more—so he could perform his music in Canada, France, and as far as the deepest ancient seas and the secret reaches of the Milky Way.
Last year, he withdrew into himself to write his first album: t.o.m. or the trajectory of the Perseids. And you can take my word for it—as your all-knowing narrator—that Alphonse is now back, enhanced, tenfold more powerful thanks to new poetic proteins and bionic mechanisms that will allow him to take his music even higher, even farther, thanks to the power of love, in an epic second season filled with battles against the forces of evil! And he’s really going to give them a beating!
