Every year, the SAIL Challenge CAP Québec brings together thousands of athletes in a stunning setting in the heart of Quebec City. With swimming courses in Bassin Louise, cycling routes along the Dufferin-Montmorency Expressway, and running routes through the Old Port and Old Quebec, the event offers a unique sporting experience that combines athletic performance, heritage, and iconic scenery.
