Come try Parkour or Ninja Warrior for the first time in an introductory workshop led by a passionate coach! Whether you’re an adult or a child ages 8 and up, you’ll learn the basics, discover our obstacles, and move with confidence in a fun, safe, and inclusive atmosphere./p
pPerfect for families, parent-child pairs, or groups of friends, this workshop offers a 1-hour session to help you progress, followed by 1 hour of open access to explore our facilities however you like./p
pIt’s the perfect opportunity to try a new sport, push your limits, and see if you’d like to continue the adventure in our regular classes.br /
