The Festi-Sable in Saint-Côme transforms Camp Richelieu into an open-air exhibition space where professional sculptors—including several international artists—create impressive, ephemeral sand sculptures. The free event also features three evenings of musical performances, food trucks, local artisans, and family-friendly and sports activities for all ages. The sculptures remain on display until October 1, allowing visitors to admire them even after the official festivities have ended. A unique event in the Lanaudière region that showcases an ephemeral art form rarely seen on this scale in Quebec.
