Les Défis des Appalaches offers two types of bike rides suitable for cyclists of all ages and skill levels: the Gourmet Challenge, a leisurely ride punctuated by tasting stops at local producers, and the Family Challenge, a shorter route designed for families and less experienced cyclists. The ride starts in Victoriaville, where participants will find free parking, a tasting area, a picnic area, and restrooms on site. It’s a wonderful way to explore the rolling landscapes of the Appalachians by bike—with family or friends—while supporting producers in the Centre-du-Québec region.
