Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
In the heart of winter, when your body craves warmth and comfort, certain plants become true allies. Their scent opens up your breathing, their gentleness soothes you, and their presence invites you to take care of yourself.
In this workshop, you’ll discover the medicinal plants of the cold season and their traditional uses through a hands-on, sensory experience. You’ll learn how to gently prepare them (as infusions, macerations, tinctures, facial steam baths, etc.) and you’ll be able to use your senses—taste, smell, and touch—to explore some of the plants featured.
Together, we’ll create: a “Breathe Freely” ointment, inspired by the famous Vapoune balm—an aromatic herbal tincture, perfect to keep on hand at the first sign of an infection. You’ll leave with your two creations, ready to use at home.
All materials are included.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for handling natural ingredients.
You’ll also receive a booklet of notes and additional recipes via email after the workshop.
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
