September 30 marks National Truth and Reconciliation Day, a time to honor the children who were never able to return home and the survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities.
In 2024, the National Battlefields Commission inaugurated a space for dialogue at Cap Diamant, showcasing two monumental works created by First Nations artists.
To mark this day of remembrance, join a guided tour of this meaningful site. Discover the sculptures by Wendat artist Ludovic Boney and Haida artist 7IDANsuu, Chief James Hart, accompanied by a guide from the National Battlefields Commission.
