About
A new urban park snowboarding event is coming to the heart of Quebec City on April 3 and 4. The Agora at the Port of Quebec will host the first edition of The Grind Series in Quebec, a competition bringing together some of the best Canadian and international snowboarders. Qualifying rounds will take place on Friday, April 3, giving local athletes the chance to showcase their talent and earn a spot in the finals alongside top-tier snowboarders. The finals will be held on Saturday, April 4, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM: the must-see event of the weekend. Free and open to the public, the event will transform the Agora into a true urban playground for two days. On the program: a snowboard competition on street-inspired features, appearances by Canadian Olympic athletes, including Laurie Blouin, Éli Bouchard, and Frank Jobin, and $30,000 in prize money awarded to the athletes.
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
