About
A four-hour guided hike as part of the fall discovery activities program at Grands-Jardins National Park in Charlevoix. This family-friendly nature interpretation activity offers a chance to explore the taiga—a unique northern ecosystem south of the St. Lawrence River—accompanied by a naturalist.
The meeting point is at the Thomas-Fortin Discovery and Visitor Center. Reservations are required; in case of rain, an alternative activity will be offered at the Lac George shelter.
The park’s fall program also includes free talks on fire-shaped landscapes, caribou habitat, and black bears.
In case of inclement weather, the activity will take place at another location
