On September 6, we’re taking you to Rio de Janeiro!
What makes a Sunday in Rio unforgettable is that there’s something happening everywhere: music from morning to night, outdoor dance and workout classes, live performances, a DJ set, and authentic Brazilian food served on-site.
All right on the waterfront at Baie de Beauport!
“A Day in Rio” is a one-day mini-festival presented by Tropica (Canada’s largest cultural collective dedicated to Brazilian events!) in collaboration with Baie de Beauport.
On the program
: - Two live performances: Fiapo de Manga (forró) and Rádio 55 (Brazilian pop and rock)
- DJ set by Nandes DJ (Latin house & funk)
- Group functional training class with coach Carol
Macedo- Pilates session with Revitalise Pilates-
Brazilian dance class with Karine Lima-
Stalls serving traditional Brazilian food all day
