When summer rolls around, the urge to enjoy an aperitif follows. Rue Saint-Vallier and its shopkeepers bring to life spontaneous summer outings that are not to be missed. On the first Thursday of June, July, and August, the Saint-Sauveur neighborhood’s Apéros in Quebec City become the place to be to enjoy the nice weather, have a drink with friends, dance, and of course, indulge in some delicious food.
