About
The Gracefully Hip is a tribute to the Canadian rock band The Tragically Hip, which is enshrined in the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. They pay a respectful tribute to this iconic band and to the national treasure that was Gordon Downie—a great performer, a prolific artist, and an inspired poet of our modern era.
The Gracefully Hip consists of five experienced musicians and fans of The Hip who used to play together in the past. They recently decided to reunite and form this band to bring back the energy that The Hip once brought to the stage.
With a two-hour set rooted in interpretation rather than imitation, covering most of the band’s hit songs from 1989 to 2005 (albums: *Up to Here*, *Road Apples*, Fully Completely, Day for Night, Trouble at the Henhouse, Phantom Power, and My Music @ Work), they fully satisfy rock fans with a concert that lives up to The Hip’s international reputation.
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
