GPS Geo-Rallies in Old Quebec
L’Îlot des Palais invites you to explore Old Quebec in a new way through a series of themed GeoRallies. Equipped with a GPS and a notebook, set out in search of visual caches and discover the city from different perspectives: history, heritage, archaeology, and winter traditions. Various themes are available: On the Beer Trail with Tasting (Available year-round!), New France in the Time of the Intendants (May 1–November 30), Castles, Palaces, and Prisons (May 1–November 30), UNESCO Heritage and Archaeology (April 1 to November 30), Old Quebec Under the Snow (November 30 to March 31), and the Quebec Winter Carnival (February through late March). Meet at the Îlot des Palais at 8 Vallière Street.
