Maple Sugar Season is coming to town with the Urban Sugar Shack at the Grand Marché de Québec! During the event, the warm atmosphere of a traditional sugar shack comes to life in the heart of the market with a festive, food-focused program for the whole family. On the menu: maple taffy on snow, maple product tastings, cooking demonstrations, and meet-and-greets with passionate producers who celebrate maple syrup. Young and old alike can also enjoy entertainment, games, and themed activities celebrating one of Quebec’s most iconic treasures.
