About
This workshop invites participants to transform everyday objects—often kitschy, worn-out, or forgotten—into meaningful keepsakes. Using a selection of salvaged objects (from thrift stores, donations, or found items), each participant is encouraged to work directly with the materials through collage, assembly, and layering.br

Inspired by Tyra Maria Trono’s exhibition, the workshop explores how an object’s value can be built through attention, transformation, and attachment. The objects thus become vessels for projection: real or imagined memories, traces of a connection, fragments of a story in the making.br

By transforming ordinary objects, this workshop highlights how value and memory can be built through simple actions. It opens up an accessible creative space where the object becomes a medium for connection, projection, and transmission.
