A singer-songwriter from Quebec City, Albert Asselin gained recognition from the general public after reaching the semifinals of Star Académie 2025. Trained in jazz music, he captivates audiences with a voice that is both powerful and sensitive, a strong sense of melody, and a natural stage presence.
With the release of his first mini-album, *Prémices*, Albert unveils a deeply personal world through original songs in which the lyrics, music, and arrangements accurately convey his emotions. The album notably features the tracks “Sauter dans le vide” and “Mon p’tit gars.”
