"Les Délices d'automne" takes over the Esplanade of the Cogeco Amphitheater in Trois-Rivières during the Thanksgiving long weekend. This culinary event brings together more than 90 exhibitors and offers over 75 activities, including numerous free tastings, to showcase local Mauritian products and artisans. Guest chefs, cooking demonstrations, and interactive zones will enliven the four days of festivities. Admission is available with a one-day pass or a four-day pass, and children 10 and under enter for free. It’s a must-attend family event for food lovers in the region and visitors passing through the Mauricie.
