Mauricie Canoe Classic

The Mauricie International Canoe Classic is a 200-kilometer canoe and kayak race held over three days between La Tuque and Trois-Rivières, along the Saint-Maurice River. Athletes from near and far compete in several categories, including two-person canoe and recreational canoe. The general public can watch the race for free at various viewing points along the course, enjoying a festive atmosphere at every stage. The particularly spectacular final finish takes place at Île Saint-Quentin Park in Trois-Rivières. An iconic event in the Mauricie region that combines sports, the outdoors, and regional pride.
