Mont Adstock kicks off its winter season with the inauguration of a new multi-service reception chalet. Located in Chaudière-Appalaches, Mont Adstock is a cooperative and four-season recreational tourism resort whose environment stands out for the challenges it offers, its festive atmosphere, vibrant community, and dream location.
The resort's attentive and modern approach has earned it a place among the big players thanks to its outstanding achievements.
On October 26, Mont Adstock was awarded the Builder Award at the MRC des Appalaches' Gala Zénith 2023. Celebrating more than 70 years of existence, Mont Adstock has demonstrated its essential role in the economic development of the community through its tenacity and boldness in the face of a constantly evolving industry and economic situation. The efforts and passion of the cooperative and its leaders have been rewarded for their unwavering commitment to their community.
A worthwhile investment
To improve the customer experience, Mont Adstock has invested $7 million in the construction of a new modern chalet adapted to the sporting needs of visitors to the mountain. This chalet is a source of pride for the people of the region and will raise the profile of Mont Adstock throughout the province.
The new chalet offers a magnificent 360° panoramic view of the mountain and its facilities. The building will be the perfect refuge for visitors, whether they are skiers, snowboarders, snowmobilers, or hikers. After an outing on an off-piste trail, the chalet's modern and vibrant welcome will be most welcome. The chalet will also be accessible during the summer season for golfers, cyclists, and hikers.
In addition to this investment, Mont Adstock is also undergoing a technological transformation. True pioneers, in 2020 they implemented a digital system of RFID gates and online purchasing. New for 2023 is the introduction of access card collection terminals. Visitors will no longer have to wait in line at the ticket office.
A festive and welcoming mountain
The new multi-service chalet is arriving just in time for the launch of Mont Adstock's 2023-2024 winter season. With a packed program for visitors, winter promises to be lively and colorful.
The cooperative offers a wide range of inclusive options. The small mountain is warm, festive, affordable, and innovative. The perfect place for families, activities also include tubing and snowshoeing.
The larger, steeper mountain, with a vertical drop of 335 meters and an altitude of 712 meters, attracts many experts. The off-piste area is the perfect playground for experienced visitors.
In summer and winter alike, Mont Adstock offers programming that reflects its community. Dynamic and unifying, après-ski events and gatherings for sports enthusiasts are part of Mont Adstock's signature commitment.
In addition to its sporting activities, Mont Adstock has more than one project in the works. Partnerships, exclusive products and collaborations, as well as the launch of a new website and brand image, are coming soon. Mont Adstock is also now the owner of new Coolbox accommodation units, allowing mountain lovers to extend their stay in an original and daring way.
