About
The natural environment around us is teeming with edible wild plants that we’re often unaware of. Yet, with just a little knowledge and observation, you can make wonderful culinary discoveries right in your own backyard. During this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify, preserve, and cook the edible plants, shoots, and mushrooms that surround you. You’ll never look at nature the same way again!
Organized by Sébastien Royer, these 3- or 6-hour forest outings are very popular—book early to secure your spot.
