The joy of getting your hands dirty, working in teams of two. You will learn how to make fresh stuffed pasta, specifically squash ravioli.
We'll cook, taste, and leave with dinner. If there's any left...
In this workshop, you will learn:
how to use a manual pasta machine;
how to choose the right ingredients;
how to handle fresh pasta to make delicious ravioli.
Bring an apron, a hair tie for long hair, and a dish to take the pasta home in.
You can purchase a single spot, and we can create teams on site if necessary.
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
