Who can resist the taste of macarons? The macaron is a small European pastry with a crisp shell and a melt-in-your-mouth center. Learn how to make these little delights yourself alongside Faustine, the pastry chef behind Faustine et Gourmandise. During this workshop, you’ll learn how to make macarons that are crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside.
You’ll be guided step by step:
- Preparing the shells
- Making the fillings
- Assembling the macarons
Be sure to bring an apron, a hair tie for long hair, and a container to take your macarons home in—if you don’t eat them all in a few minutes :)
The activity takes place in all weather conditions, unless safety is compromised
