The highlight of Mushroom Month in Kamouraska, this festival brings together mushroom enthusiasts, food lovers, and families at the Place de l'Expo in Saint-Pascal. Highlights include a mushroom market with over 40 vendors, expert talks on truffle cultivation and forest biodiversity, cooking workshops, guided forest excursions, tastings, and food trucks offering a special mushroom menu.
